Our Board

Together Church operates under the guidance of a dedicated board of five individuals who work closely with our lead pastors to shape the direction and vision of our community.

The board provides a higher level of governance, offering valuable insight and support to our pastors, while also keeping them accountable. They strive to ensure that our church remains true to our values and mission. With their leadership and guidance, we are confident that our church will thrive.

Kane Metcalfe

Kane is the owner and operator of OTEL. He is a dedicated board member at Together Church, where his insightful contributions and commitment to the church's mission are highly valued. With a strong sense of community and a knack for strategic thinking, Kane helps guide the church's growth and development with a steady hand. Along with his wife Amiee and three kids, the whole family is a valued part of Together Church.

Francine Bennett

Principal of Pathways College of Bible and Mission, in Tauranga, Francine brings with her over 35 years of leadership in Christian education. Francine has had pivotal roles in leading organisations across New Zealand to a healthy space, and is always committed to continued learning. Her perspective and voice are a true gift to our board. Francine also sits on our overseers.

Martin and Nicole Druskovich

Martin and Nicole both serve in on the board as trustees.

Our Overseer's

Our Church overseer board is trusted individuals who provide guidance, support, and accountability for the lead pastors. Their role is to ensure the spiritual, emotional, and organizational health of the pastors, helping them lead with wisdom and care while maintaining the overall wellbeing of the church.

Andrew Guderian

After starting Pane’N The Glass window cleaning to help pay his way through college, with humble beginnings, and with a people focused approach, he has expanded his business to multiple locations across America. An avid fisherman and lover of the outdoors, Andrew is always ready for an adventure.

Also with over 8 years ministry experience, we know Andrew’s outlook and contribution will be greatly valued.

Erin Guderian

Erin is Mom to three incredible humans, co-owner to Pane’N The Glass and owner of Erin Ryan Creative. She is a valuable asset to whatever team she is part of. With previous ministry experience and valuable insight after growing up as a pastor’s kid, she carries wisdom beyond her years and a passion to help people walk in wholeness. She can bring the fun to any situation.

Billy Huffman

Billy is the founder and Lead Pastor of 116 Church in Seattle WA. With over 23 years in church ministry and executive leadership experience, he brings a refreshing insight into church management and structure.

This man knows how to laugh and keep life simple. We are excited to have his wisdom on the Together Church Board.

Jenn Huffman

Jenn is the owner of Sweet Serenity and co-founder of 116 Church in Seattle, WA. With over 20yrs ministry experience, Jenn sees a problem and has a solution. From starting cleaning companies, to being a campus pastor, starting a candle and flower business, to starting a church, Jenn walks with bold faith and confident trust in whatever sphere God calls her to. She has a gift to encourage and empower others to walk in the God-given grace on their lives.
